The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on our Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the personal data provided, such as, for example, the e-mail address of the sender used by Flexo24 to respond to customer/user requests.

Need to provide data

Apart from what is specified for navigation data and cookies (of which you can consult the relevant policy statement at https://www.flexo24.com/it/cookie-policy/), the User is free to provide personal data requested by Flexo24 from time to time. However, failure to provide such data may make it impossible to provide the requested services.

Processing methods

Personal data are processed by automated tools using methods strictly related to the purposes themselves, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, or to comply with any legal requirements. Therefore: - Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Holder and the User will be retained until the execution of such contract is completed. - The basis for collecting Personal Data for marketing purposes is your consent to do so, and your data are retained until your consent is revoked. In addition, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in accordance with a legal obligation, or by order of an authority.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organisation

Your personal data will not be transferred to non-European third-party countries.

Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right (see articles 15-22 of the GDPR) to ask the Company to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to cancel them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to oppose their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Company, and to obtain the portability of the data you have provided only if subject to automated processing based on your consent or on the contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for the purposes of processing that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of revocation.
